The Home Retention Counselor II is responsible for early collection activity on Non-FHA Single Family mortgage loans.
This position is responsible for being a main point of contact for Non-FHA accounts that are 15-45 days delinquent. Primary duties include customer service and customer contact via outgoing/incoming calls as well as written correspondence. This position also works with the Accounting Division to ensure proper processing and posting of payments. THe HRC-II will contact any borrowers regarding issues with any payment packages.
